Sliding door repair in Mount Pleasant
Large glass patio doors and sliding screen doors need both smooth movement and a secure latch. Palmetto Screen Guys MP at 1212 Fairmont Ave handles roller, track, lock and handle repairs for Mount Pleasant and East Cooper homes and businesses.
When a slider needs attention
On coastal patios, sand and salt can collect around the lower track. A door that has become heavy to move may need roller or track service rather than an entirely new door; an inspection helps distinguish the two.
Do not force a panel that has come off its track or has damaged glass. Describe the issue when you contact us so we can discuss the next step. We work on residential and commercial sliding doors, including rental properties.
Repair or replacement depends on the frame, panel, track and hardware condition. An inspection helps establish whether a targeted repair is practical.
Sliding glass & screen door services
Locks, handles & alignment
A door that moves but will not latch may need lock or handle repair or an alignment adjustment. Tell us if the panel catches, the handle is loose or the latch no longer meets the keeper.
Sliding screen doors
We repair and rebuild sliding screen doors, including torn mesh and panels that jump the track. If repair is not suitable, ask about sliding door replacement.
